1. Scope

These Terms apply to all online sales concluded through the Atelier Alba Flora website.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted them in full.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted dried-flower arrangements. Each bouquet is unique; small variations in colour, size, or composition may occur and are not defects.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery fees are shown separately during checkout.
Prices may change at any time; confirmed orders remain at the price shown at purchase.

Obvious typographical or display errors in price or description do not constitute a binding offer, and Atelier Alba Flora reserves the right to correct such errors before confirming an order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed exclusively online.
Payment is required at checkout via the accepted methods displayed at payment.
Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds.
We may cancel an order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Switzerland only. No in-store pickup.
All parcels are sent with tracking; a carrier “delivered” status constitutes proof of fulfilment.
We cannot be held liable for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
Returned or refused parcels may incur additional re-delivery fees.

6. Returns & Complaints

Because our creations are handmade and delicate, all sales are final.
Complaints must be reported on the same day of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging.
If accepted, we may offer a replacement or partial refund.
Minor differences in colour or composition are not defects.

7. Cancellation or Modification

All orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

• misuse or improper storage after delivery;

• courier delays or loss;

• wrong or incomplete delivery addresses.

Our total liability is limited to the order value.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Personal Data & Cookies

Handled in accordance with Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.
Data is used only to process orders and provide service.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Swiss law.
Disputes fall under the courts of the Canton of Vaud, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
